Mirovchych Y. Pathogenetic preventive measures and rehabilitation in cases of prolapses and descending of genitals of women of the risk group

The dissertation is devoted to the problem of the working out of the preventive and rehabilitation measures directed to the decrease of genitals prolapse frequency, including the decrease of the number of relapses after its surgical treatment. The program of the complex surgical rehabilitation has been proposed and applied that directed to the liquidation of vaginal anatomy defects, elimination of functional abnormalities of adjacent pelvic organs and avoidance of abnormalities that are conditioned by the surgical treatment itself, preventive measures for postoperative complications and early relapses. The measures for the prophylaxis of the postpartum insufficiency of pelvic bottom of the parturient women of risk group of its increased trauma risk and the estimation of their efficiency have been performed. The methods of the rigid fixation of the prolapsed organs to the pelvic walls and fascial reconstruction using the synthetic materials have been worked out and applied for women of the risk group ofthe genital prolapse.
