Essay

Dissertation is devoted to the study of hierarchical interactions and heterarchical functioning of circulatory system regulatory mechanisms. The new algorithms of recognition of families of functional characteristics of complex systems was elaborated on the basis of cluster and nonlinear regression analysis. For the first time the families of regulatory characteristics of system hemodynamics and system oxygen transport were ob-tained. On the basis of received characteristics conformities of central hemodynamics regulation and oxygen transport of hu-man organism were studied. The program-simulator of process of artificial circulation of blood was created for the safe teaching of physicians-perfusionists. For the first time the model of capillary network was built as a cellular automaton and dynamically properties of capillary blood flow and tissue oxygen saturation were investigated. The quantitative criteria of estimation of dynamic properties of blood circulation were formed both on the level of systemic circulation and on the level of microcirculation. The origin of symmetries in ratios of central hemodynamic parameters, their connection with similar symmetries on the level of capillary network was shown. The detection criteria of regulatory redundancy lowering, the decrease of functional complexity of entire circulatory system were formulated and computer software for diagnostics and control of pointed situations were developed. It was shown that microcirculatory system is the critically self organized system working synchronously with heart beating, which is highly sensitive to the least changes of blood circulatory conditions.
