Kosach N. Liquid flow measurement assurance

Object is the system of measurement assurance of the liquid flow and quantity streamed into the pipeline; purpose is the liquid flow measurement assurance and its proper accounting by means of establishing an up-to-date system of realization and transfer of the units of liquid flow, mass and volume, and its introduction in metrological practice of Ukraine; мethods are the mathematical statistics, fundamental positions of the mathematical analysis and physics, the theory of field, mechanics, hydrodynamics, magnetic hydrodynamics, the theory of measurement errors, modelling and experimental researches. Novelty -the single hierarchy scheme for measuring instruments both for volume and mass flow and volume and mass of liquid streamed in the pipeline is offered, physical and mathematical and metrological models of the standard is advanced, theoretical bases of creation of up-to-date MTM of liquid flow are developed, the electromagnetic method is developed; results - applied science problem concerning the liquid flow measurement assurance is decided, the complex state standard and MTM of liquid flow and quantity are created; it is introduced in organizations of the DSSU and housing and communal services; area - metrology, accounting of energy carriers, instrumentation technologies.
