There is the pathogenetic proving of selection of the special methods of treat-ment and activating therapy oncologic patients by antigomotoxical preparations is presented in dissertation. The features of oxidizing stress, exposed on the preoperating stage and taking a place during conducting of radial, combined and activating therapy by antigomotoxi-cal preparations are studied. The contribution of different links of the free radicals oxidation (FRO) is stud-ied to the mechanisms of forming of alternative variants of metabolic ways at oncopathology and on the basis of it 8 types of disturbances of oxidizing homeostasis are exposed, each of which prevails on the certain temporal stages of research and de-pends on the conducted treatment. Connection is shown between the types of distur-bances of oxidizing homeostasis and subsequent course of oncoprocess exposed on the preoperating stage (without complications or complicated). At patients without complications during period of the disease, regardless of received treatment, oxidative modification of proteins (OMP) is the leading pathoge-netical mechanism of oxidizing destruction and creates terms for the oxidizing dam-ages of DNA, coming forward as a source of free radicals, able to exhaust the sup-plies of cellular antioxidants. In complicated course of the disease the leading pathogenetical mechanism of oxidizing stress is the peroxide oxidization of lipids on a background increasing ac-tivity of catalase, level of ceruloplazmine and vitamin A, with following up joining of OMP.The results we got allowed to prove the individual selection of treatment, di-rected on increasing after operation period without complications.
