Essay

Dissertation is about an increasing of the patients treatment effectiveness with acute ischemic stroke that based on studying the most important indexes of local inflammatory and neuroautoimmune processes, exposure of their connections with severity and outcome of acute period ischemic stroke, creating of the prognosis model of the ischemic stroke with inflammatory and neuroautoimmune factors, and also it is about developing and using pathogenetic-grounded and experimental approved of the unspecific uninflammatory therapy plan with the use of movalis, pentoxifyllin and flogenzym. Clinical effectiveness of the combined uninflammatory therapy appeared to be related with removal of disbalance of inflammatory and uninflammatoy cytocines, that made an influence on the different kinds of inflamatory-neuroimunne ischemic stroke disorders pathogenesis in critical terms for patient.
