Processes of management of marketing activity of the enterprises are at modern time management. Complex scientific and practical solutions of problem of the effective use of mechanisms of influencing of marketing on the market of innovative products based on the use of theoretical principles and modern conceptions of marketing of innovative products, ground of directions of improvement of its methodology, elaboration of technologies of marketing management development of national market of innovative products which is evolving. Methods: analysis, synthesis, deduction, induction, abstracting, modeling, systemic analysis, formalization, development of hypotheses, grounding of ideas, economic analysis, graphic interpretation, questioning of experts. Theoretical and practical aspects of marketing activity of economic subjects at the markets of innovative products have been complexly explored. Evolution of imperatives of development of markets of innovative products has been explored. System essence of innovation as a product has been exposed. Factors and macroeconomic models of development of market of innovations were systematized and described. Features of marketing of innovations are selected and principles of marketing of innovations are formed. Marketing typification of subjects of innovative development is carried out. Methodical principles of development of marketing strategies for the markets of innovations are improved. The system of explicative models of marketing of innovative products is developed. It was grounded that necessary pre-condition of activation of marketing of innovations is the internal marketing as process of management a personnel based on marketing principles. The current status, problems and prospects of development of market of innovations of Ukraine was structurally evaluated. The complex of measures was developed with the use of marketing in the management of innovations of the national market. Enterprises which work at the market of innovative products, public authorities, educational process.
