Essay

The object of study – system of education in Crimea. The purpose of study – study of process of formation and transformation of system of education of Crimean Tatars in 1921-1941 and its basic components, analysis of activity of state bodies of authority on attraction of crimean tatar youth to training, increase of its educational level, reception of a speciality. The methods: analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction, description, explanatory; historical, logic, structural-system, structural-functional analysis; historical-genetic, historical-comparative, historical-typological, historical-system, synchronous and retrospective. The practical value of the work: the materials of the dissertation can be used by preparation of generalizing works on a history of Crimea, history of the Crimean Tatar people; the materials of the dissertation are directly used in lectures of special courses "Education of Crimean Tatars of ХІХ-ХХ sentury" In the V.I.Vernadskiy Tavric National University. The thesis is devotedto the problems of enlightenment system for Crimean Tatar development in 1921-1941. The main compound enlightenment systems for Crimean Tatar in Crimea are cleared up and considered. Coming into being and development of National system of school education and professional educational system, their degree of conformity to standards of general education at that time and process of Crimean Tatars calling into the educational institutions are interrogated. The process of Crimean Tatar written language reforming with the help of Latin and after with the help of Cyrillic alphabet is considered separately. The process of creation and work of several national-directed educational institutions – periodicals, museums, libraries, cinema and radio net etc. was examined. The main results of the research have been applied as special courses at institutes of higher education, in several papers, conferences and as publications in scientific journals.
