The dissertation devoted the improvement of diagnosis, treatment of different forms of IHD to solve pathogenetic mechanisms of influence of accompanied diseases on the base of holding the complex comparative studying of circadian haemostatic changes, lipids and blood pressure profile, autonomic regulation of the heart activity, ischaemic changes, haemodynamics. The established connection of cardiorhytmus and their dependence of circadian profile of blood pressure, comorbid states forms the imagination according to the pecularities of changes IHD with associated states and development of their complications. Chronofarmacological improvement in the асhievement of hypotensive, antiischemic effects in pts with comorbid dise- ases is achieved by pharmacological helps taking into consideration the circadian rhytmus.
