Essay

The thesis deals with solving the problems of improving miniinvasive surgical intervention results on outer liver bile ducts by means of working out the new methods of predictions, diagnostics, and prevention of acute postoperation pancreas (APP). The work in based on complex investigation evaluation data of 165 acute postoperation pancreas ill people, that made the early postoperation period of the ill complicated, as they suffered miniinvasive surgical interventions for the reason of biliary system pathology. The main guestions of the subject are the lack of experimental APP metodics investigation, the difficulty of the given complication early diagnostics, the absence of distinet factor criteria of development APP risk, the influence of APP on secondary postoperation complications development, the lack of the only treatment and prophylaxis complex of APP measures, high lethality of destructive forms. The noveltics, used in treatment and prophylaxis process, let diminish the APP freguency after miniinvasive surgical interventions on pancreas biliary area from 6.8 to 3.2%.
