Maidannik O. Theoretical Problems of the Parliament of Ukraine Supervising Function.

The problems of the Supreme Rada of Ukraine supervising function theory are investigated. Author's definitions of the following concepts are developed: the functions of the Supreme Rada of Ukraine; the Parliament supervising function; the Parliament supervision directions; the Parliament supervision form; the Parliament supervision method; the legal relationship for the Parliament supervision realization. The directions of the Parliament supervision in Ukraine, the forms and principles of the Parliament supervising activity as well as forms and methods of its realization are defined and analyzed. The problems of legal regulation of the Parliament supervision in Ukraine and the legal process which is used to realize the supervising function by the Ukrainian Parliament are investigated. The role of the Supreme Rada supervising function in the realization of other Parliament functions is analyzed, the place of the Parliament supervision in the National supervision system is determined.
