Vasyl'yeva T. Bank institutions' activity in market of innovative investment: methodological approaches

The dissertational research is devoted to development of theoretic-methodological approaches to formation and development market of innovative investment, and also scientific-methodological maintenance of banks' activity in it. In this manuscript is defined essence, applicability and peculiarities of market of innovative investment, made its segmentation, formalized subjects and infrastructural subsystems, defined peculiarities of turnover and value formation, demand and supply goods on this market. System interaction of finance market, market of goods and services and market of production factors in process of investment of innovations is analyzed, structured elements of net national product on criterion of innovativity. In this manuscript defined directions of subject-object interaction of banking system and market of innovative investment, formed theoretic-methodological base of banking activity in it and state stimulation of this process, developed conceptual bases of formation system of special innovative-investment banks in Ukraine, improved organization-economical and legal approaches to participation of banks in integration unions in researched market, main directions and financial transformation mechanisms of interaction between State and banks in realization State program of Development of Venture Business in Ukraine.
