Shkolnik I. Strategy of development of the financial market of Ukraine

In the dissertation theoretical bases of formation and development of the financial market are investigated, the place and a role of the financial market as a component of a financial system of the country in the conditions of formation of market principles of economy is defined, the influence of the financial market on stimulation of economic growth of the country is investigated. The model of regulation of the financial market of Ukraine on the basis of foreign experience studying is offered. Teoretiko-methodical bases of improvement of the financial market of Ukraine are proved; peculiarities of development of its basic segments, specifically the capital market and the monetary market are investigated. Methodical approaches concerning strengthening of a role of financial intermediaries in activization of financially-redistributive processes are improved. Conceptual principles of ensuring of interaction of the financial market intermediaries are defined. Teoretiko-methodological bases of formation ofcomplex strategically focused convergence models of the financial market are developed. The leading part of financial conglomerates in formation of the strategy of the financial market development is proved. The offer concerning strategy of the development of the financial market of Ukraine is substantiated.
