In dissertation are determined chronobiology approaches to diagnostics and treatment of arterial hypertension based on improvement of ambulatory blood pressure monitoring analizing. It was revealed the high frequency of occurrence and variety of chronobiologic structures of blood pressure infringements at patients with arterial hypertension. It is established character of influence chronobiology changes and genetic determination on formation and progressing of a left ventricular hypertrophy and efficacy of antihypertensive therapy. An application field is a clinical medicine. The results have been applied in practice of medical institutions
