Galagovets A. Clinical and immunological features of bullous dermatoses of basal membrane zone of epidermis.

The thesis contains results of complex clinical-histopathological and histo-immunological examinations of patients with bullous dermatoses zones of the basement membrane zone of epidermis. The data about autoimmune reactions at specified bullous dermatoses which occur in the basement membrane zone of epidermis between antibodies A, M, G and antigens of a basement membrane zone of epidermis are presented. Thus precipitation lines as a result of reaction "antigen-antibody" are formed, which precisely come to light at histoimmunological researches. The precipitation lines localization takes the constant place relative to the basal membrane, and they specify localization of the initial center of pathological process at each separate bullous disease. Such features of formation of precipitation lines enable to diagnose and carry out differential diagnostics of the whole group of bullous dermatoses of the basement membrane zone.
