The theoretical state of the scientific elaboration of preparation of social pedagogue to socially legal activity is analyzed in dissertation. The directions of socially legal activity of future social pedagogue. In dissertation in theory grounded and experimentally tested the model of preparation of future social pedagogues to socially legal activity. Certainly basic components of theory and practice of preparation of student of Pedagogical University to socially legal activity. It is developed, grounded and experimentally tested the pedagogical model and specific system structural principles of preparation of students to socially legal activity in the Pedagogical University. The innovation of the offered pedagogical model of socially legal preparation of students - social pedagogues of the Pedagogical University consists in achieving the high indexes of preparation to socially legal activity by the way of organizing the effective interactive influences in the process of an educational-educate activity.
