Essay

The dissertation concentrates on the research of the phenomenon of collective security in conditions of liberal democratic transformations of security space of OSCE and change of security subject. In addition, the methodology of system's approach is used as a base of obtaining more specific information on shaping all the mechanisms of collective security space of OSCE in XXI century and it's constituents - NATO, EU, OCSC. It has been proved that due to the state of struggle between foreign-policy strategies of the key European players - USA, EU and Russia, policy of liberal factor domination hasn't delivered the security space of OSCE from "security dilemma" of "Cold War" times. The essence of the military policy of USA, Russia, Great Britain, France, Germany and Ukraine and its influence upon the maintenance of military confrontation in the space of OSCE have been clarified. Positioning Ukraine in the structures and institutions of European and Euro Atlantic structures has been clarified. An attempttosimulate the scenarios of shaping of European collective security in conditions of stability and alternative scenarios of possible Ukraine's role and place in the structures of European and Euro Atlantic security have been made. The variant of shaping the European collective security on basis of the methodology and logics of mutual understanding between all the participants of European peaceful process have been suggested.
