Essay

Dissertation is devoted to researching and developing a theoretical and methodological foundation for modeling the process of creating and operating a new management system for industrial enterprises. The enterprises with this new system of management that integrates one or more companies virtually via computer networks are called virtual enterprises (VE). Virtual enterprises are defined and classified in this work, and scientifically-practical and methodical recommendations for their realization are also given.
