Ермоленко Т. The prognosis, the diagnostics, the correction of metabolic dysfunctions, caused by the hypofunction of ovaries.

The thesis is dedicated to the investigation of the nature of the hormonal changes and the variety of metabolic dysfunctions faced by women of reproductive and climacteric ages who live in the Southern region of Ukraine and work under the influence of negative factors of the working environment. It has been found that long harmful influence of these negative factors supplemented by individual perception of overloads is the source of the hypofunction of ovaries. It has been showed that involutionary hormonal reconstruction initiates interdependent disorders of the lipid, carbohydrate, calcium-phosphoric metabolisms and bone remodeling, which increases the risk of the development of metabolic diseases of skeleton and urogenital disorders.The differentiated system for watching women with hypofunction of ovaries has been developed and applied.The received results show the pathologenetic validity and appropriateness of using the hormone replacement therapy. The applying of hormone replacement therapy, tibolone, calcitonin, bisphosphonates, cabergoline helps to prevent and treat the decreasing of bone mineral density.
