Dmitrieva E. Scientific-methodical fundamentalses of maintenance of ecological secure water usage in process urbanization

Object – processes of water supply, water removal and ability to live of the population in conditions of a urbanization; the purpose – development of methodological bases of ecologically safe water consumption in settlements of Ukraine and a substantiation of directions and mechanisms of its introduction in conditions of the limited financing; methods – the system analysis, the economic-mathematical analysis, the comparative analysis, economic the statistical, sociological analysis; novelty - is opened essence of a problem of ecologically safe water use, the mechanism of management by water consumption from water sources is developed, methodical approaches of estimation of cost of a reorganization of existing water removal are offered; Results – complex research of scientific bases of a social estimation of the superficial water objects inclined to is carried out, the financial-credit mechanism of introduction of ecologically safe water removal in conditions of the limited financing is offered, application of the mechanism of a nature protection exchange of debts is proved; it is introduced in an economic practice.
