Essay

Processes of large profiles hot rolling in passes. Regularities of metal three-dimensional flow in passes and its adequate definition methods. Basic aspects of the theory of plasticity and variation calculation, the modern, computerized system of information obtaining, the theory of planning of experiments and information treatment statistical methods, mathematic modeling, set of standard and special applications for computer. Regularities of formation of strained-stressed state of a profile in all sites of difficult zones of deformation are defined, including of non-contact zones. The technology factors which are the bottoms of rolling products surface rupture are ascertained. It is introduced in the technology of large round profiles production, in educational process of high schools and in research practice of the scientific organizations of Ukraine.
