Subject - financial-economical and legal relationships in the state financial control in Ukraine; methods - dialectical method, analysis and synthetic technique, modeling, logical generalization of events, systems and complex analysis, graphical method, scientific abstraction method, economical-statistical method of gathering and processing of information; novelty - the first stated conception of a uniform system of the state financial control, methodological foundations of the superior body establishment of the uniform system of the state financial control and its territorial departments with constitutionally fixed double authorities; results - have applied importance for the solution of specific problems of management efficiency acceleration and the state financial resources use; implemented in the practice of Main Control and Revision Office of Ukraine and in Kharkiv region during CRO (KRU) inspections of the state and local budgetary funds use effectiveness of the budget programme execution.
