Essay

The theoretical and methodological grounds and practical tools of information technologies application in tourist business. The role and place of information technologies in a tourist enterprises management and marketing are determined. It is offered the practical recommendation concerning realization of tourist enterprises' management restructuring by automation, integrated information and management system's creation, organizational structures' modification of enterprises' management. New possibilities of the management systems linked with intensive development of information technologies are defined. The complex system creation of the tourist enterprises management automation is grounded and the organizational and economic preconditions of new types of enterprises formation in information society are carried out; the modeling process fundamentals of tourist services quality management are developed in the context of information technologies application. The methodical and methodological basis to the estimation of efficiency of the information technologies application in the tourist enterprises management and development of tourism on the whole is offered. It is grounded the conceptual approaches to forming the objective programs of information technologies development in tourism. Methodical principles of tourist business subjects' strategies development in the area of information technologies and basic directions of virtual tourist firms' development as the result of information technologies complex application are offered.
