The inverse non-equilibrium radiative transfer problem in the multidimensional models was solved with Tikhonov stabilizers, which substantially improve the quality of the reproduction of physical conditions. The influence of the horizontal radiative transfer and of collisions with hydrogen atoms on the non-equilibrium formation of absorption lines in the solar atmosphere was studied. The models were constructed for solar granulation, photosphere convection and oscillations. The new data on the photosphere convection have been obtained. The excitation and propagation of acoustic oscillations in the inhomogeneous medium were analysed. Long-period internal gravity waves were detected, their spatial structure was studied. A new mechanism for the generation of solar brightness oscillations is proposed.
