Kalugina L. Clinico-pathological aspects of prognosticating, treating and preventing anemia of pregnant in inflammatory diseases of kidneys.

The research deals with a study of the pathogenesis of anemia of pregnant in gravidas with kidney's inflammatory diseases, the substantiation of administering multimodality therapy that stabilizes iron metabolism, namely reduces the levels of transferrin and normalizes its saturation with iron. The general iron-binding property of the serum, the functional activity of the sympathoadrenal system, the processes of the antioxidant defense. It has been shown that the intake of the proposed complex of remedies has decreased 2 times the percentage of the threat of preterm delivery and the rate of preeclampsia development, chronic placental insufficiency 1.7 times, has improved the intrauterine condition of the fetus, has administered 1.5 times the percentage of a preterm rupture of the fetal membranes and twofold - the anomalies of the labor activity and 1.7 times - the number of blood pathological losses, the percentage of postpartum anemia has reduced twice in these women. On the basis of the obtained findings the problem of diagnostic and treatment of anemia of pregnant with combined pathology has been solved, a new scientific trend in clinical obstetrics has been substantiated "Immunoendocrinology, questions of forming and variants of correcting secondary immunodeficiency in gravidas"
