Essay

The methodological basis for risk assessment from atmospheric air pollution was worked out. This principle was based on probabilistic approach and built in the way that allows counting in genotoxicity of stationary sources emission. The system of atmospheric air monitoring of SES was analyzed. Human Health Risk Assessment methodology was used as a means of improvement instrument. Risk levels for the population of Zaporizhia and Kyiv were defined, aerogenic dose loading calculated. The scientific bases of risk assessment of mutagenic hazard were developed. The spatial analysis of health indicators was applied to the atmospheric air quality assessment system. Risk management and informing stages were introduced. Proposals concerning prioritization of preventive and nature-conservative interventions in intersectional programs were compiled.
