Essay

А research object is process of formation and decision-making in hierarchical multilevel structures of management. The purpose of work is increase of efficiency of hierarchical control systems by complex organizational - technical objects on the basis of creation of methodology of integration of decision support system by means of expert systems. The methods of research are substantive provisions of the classification theory and the theory of categories; methods of the system analysis and the theory of hierarchical multilevel systems; the theory and the means of an artificial intellect directed on the decision of problems of creation of systems on the basis of intellectualization of knowledge; the theory of program agents; the theory of geometrical modelling. Scientific value of results will consist in the new approach of the decision of the important scientific problem by creation of methodology of integration of the distributed expert systems for creation of uniform information-managing space thatprovides essential increase of efficiency of hierarchical management by complex organizational - technical object by integration and coordination of processes of taking of administrative decisions. The class of the integrated information-managing systems with uniform information-managing space which function in a mode of the adviser of the persons accepting the decisions is first developed and investigated. Practical value of the received results consists in development of methodological base for synthesis of engineering techniques and tool means of creation and support of uniform information-managing space within the framework of corresponding object of management by approach of integration of expert systems. Introduction is branch based. Further use of the received results expediently at synthesis intellectual a component of information-analytical systems of a wide class of complex objects.
