Vereshchaka V. Ethiology and pathogenesis senile slackness of skin and mechanisms of formation of its structural changes at the european type modern person

The dissertation is devoted to studying features of the european type person, connected with the agening, and molecular mechanisms of development of skin senile slackness on the basis of studying and complex estimation of morphofunctional parameters, research of polymerisation processes in connecting tissue under influence of optical range radiation. There is complex estimation of morphofunctional conditions of skin of the person and inner tissue in the case of its senile slackness from the point of the age changes, the profound morphology studying of person skin on light-optics and ultrastructural levels and physical characteristics of collagen, the quantity of 3d-and alkaline-earth metals. It is shown infringements of pro- and antioxydante balance and morphological changes of skin under the influence of local ultra-violet irradiation, molecular mechanisms of development photopolymerisation processes in skin collagen.
