Research object: diffuse untoxic goitre. Research purpose: to explore the factors of risk of development of diffuse untoxic goitre at teenagers and to develop the methods of early diagnostics nosotropic grounded treatment and prophylaxis of disease. Research methods and apparatus: clinical, biochemical, instrumental, anthropometric, somatotypologyc, der-matoglyphic, statistical, anthropometer of АLS-1, trammelhead of SC-125, kalyper, weight of RP-150, ultrasonic diagnostic vehicle SSA-220А, immunofermental analyzer of STAT FAX 2100. Theoretical and practical results: set nosotropic factors of development of diffuse untoxic goitre at teenagers and the norms of indexes of thyreoid status are certain practically healthy teenagers depending on age, floor as the basic criteria of diagnostics of diffuse untoxic goitre. On the basis of anthropometric and dermatoglyphic the mathematical models of calculation of individual ultrasonic norms of thyreoid gland and prognosis of origin of disease are developed, that is a necessity for the timely prophylaxis of diffuse untoxic goitre . Developed ory-gynal algorithm diagnosticians and stage-by-stage treatment of diffuse untoxic goitre at teenagers which depends on an ethyology factor thyreoid status of pa-tient. Novelty: the degree of deficit of iodine is first set in the Vinnitca region, certainly influence of antropogen and radiation contamination of environment on the origin of diffuse untoxic goitre, first studied dermatoglyphic in-dexes as the genetic markers of origin of diffuse untoxic goitre. Influence of diffuse untoxic goitre is appraised on development and state of health of teenager. Ultrasonic parameters of thyreoid gland healthy teenagers of depends on a sex, somatotyp and age. The mathematical models of due normal sizes of thyreoid gland are devel-oped at teenagers and prognosis of development of ori-gin of diffuse untoxic goitre. The features of hormonal activity of thyreoid gland are set at healthy teenagers and teenagers with diffuse untoxic goitre. Stage-by-stage therapy of treatment of diffuse untoxic goitre is of-fered at teenagers.
