Pivnik V. Epidemiological surveillance for drop by infections (measles and epidemic parotitis) in the Armed Forces of Ukraine: a status and ways of improvement.

Dissertation is devoted study of current of epidemic process measles and epidemic parotitis in Armed Forces of Ukraine, intensity anti measles and anti epidemic parotitis immunity at young updating of the educational centers and other categories of the military men in different regions of Ukraine, reactogeniciti, immunological and epidemiological efficiency of means of specific preventive maintenance, which are applied in the Armed Forces of Ukraine at the present stage to preventive maintenance measles and epidemic parotitis, the efficiency epidemiological surveillance for drop by infections in armies is appreciated. It is installed that the receipt immunonegative to measles and epidemic parotitis of updating in military collectives is one of the factors of activization of the mechanism of transfer, which promotes distribution of these infections. The safety, immunological and epidemiological efficiency of use for an inoculation of the military men is determined with the purpose of preventive maintenance, and also behind the epidemic indications - in the centers of an infection, alive epidemic parotitis of a vaccine containing virus from L-3, and also complex vaccine against measles and epidemic parotitis and rubella "Priorix", is proved and improvement by the system epidemiological surveillance for measles and epidemic parotitis by an infection in the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
