Essay

Object of research - government management of food market development in terms of global transformation of economic space. The purpose of research - theoretical and methodological explanation of approaches to improve the mechanisms of state management of the development of the food market of Ukraine in a terms of globalization economy, the definition of organizational forms and practices of public administration to reach out with actors in the food market to ensure food security. Methods of research - a systematic approach, analysis and synthesis, the abstract-logical, historical, logical and semantic, statistical analysis, comparison, sociological studies. The practical significance of the results is concluded in broaden and deepen the existing submissions on the application of the mechanisms of state management of the development of the food market, elaboration of methodological approaches to the regulation of individual processes in the food sector, output a new paradigm of public administration development food market. Scientific novelty of the results is the rationale for theoretical and methodological principles to improve the mechanisms of state management of the development of the food market of Ukraine. For the first time the concept of public management of the development of the national food market is offer, determined on the basis system of activities the levels of food security; substantiated the principles of the export-oriented strategy for public administration development of the food market; developed metodologo - methodological approaches of state regulation of economic relations of subjects of the food market. Improved metodologo - methodological approaches assess the state of food security on the basis of the generalized system of indicators; theoretical basis for the transformation mechanism of state support for agricultural production; organizational - functional principles of state management mechanism development of national food market; procedure of agreement the actions between the subjects of management quality and safety of food. There was the further development of understanding the essence of globalization in the food sector as a contradictory process; generalization of the differences between the predictions of classical economic theory and the real economic conditions in the food market.
