Murashko N. Peculiarities of diagnostics and treatment of hypertensive encephalopathy.

In the work there was defined theoretical generalization and new decision of scientific-practical problem of hypertensive encephalopathy (HE) in patients with arterial hypertension, 2nd stage. Its causes and causative agents, basic mechanisms and peculiarities of formation were established on the basis of a complex study of clinical neurologic data, results of biochemical, instrumental and neurovisual methods of investigation, study of cellular apoptosis of peripheral blood, methods of its diagnostics and obectivization were worked out and improved, peculiarities of a clinical course were defined, medicinal and non-medicinal correction was worked out. There was founded technology of state of cerebral blood circulation in development of hypertensive encephalopathy based on the modern clinical- neurologic and neurovisual methods of investigation. Peculiarities of dynamic properties of diurnal systolic and diastolic ABP fluctuations, which determine character of disease course were defined. On the basisof investigation of the cerebral diffusion by means of SPEKT new approaches to diagnostics and correction of hypertensive encephalopathy were worked out, close correctional link between duplex scanning of findings and results of monophotonic emissive computer image was established. Expediency of a combined therapy with Equator and Cavinton (Vinpocetine) and magnitotherapy in patients with hypertensive encephalopathy on a background of arterial hypertension, 2nd stage, was justified.
