Minchenko R. An evolution of State power is in modern Ukraine (теоретико-legal research).

Dissertation is devoted research of теоретико-legal problems of State power in the conditions of evolution of the modern state system in Ukraine. Basic modern теоретико-methodological principles and procedures of research of State power and state system light up. Determination of concept is given and politiko-pravova nature of State power opens up. The analysis of the modern state system is carried out as the phenomenon, legal category and socio-political reality. Essence, functions and legal mechanism of realization of State power, is explored in the context of evolution of the modern state system. The теоретико-legal problems of co-operation are examined between a man and State power in the context of evolution of the modern state system, in particular the questions of essence of State power and modern state system are analysed through a prism „людського to measuring”, principles of co-operation of personality and State power are explored in the conditions of evolution of the modern state system.
