Nepochatenko O. Bank mechanisms of crediting of an agrarian enterprises

Object of research: financial-credit provision of agrarian enterprises. The Purpose of research: motivation theoretical and methodological principles of bank mechanisms of crediting and determination of the priority directions and prospects of the credit provision of agrarian enterprises. Methods: dialectical, abstract-logical, monographic, historical, analysis and syntheses, comparisons, correlation analysis, graphic, questionnaire. Theoretical and practical results: grounded the bank mechanisms of crediting of agrarian enterprises. Scientific novelty: for the first time offered for introducing the scheme of expansion of the volumes of the long-term crediting, what unite bank crediting of agrarian enterprises with use bill calculation; it is offered to create the Agricultural bank with threelevel organization-functional structure, in composition which enter the Central agricultural bank on macrolevel, Regional agricultural banks on mezolevel and their branches on microlevel according to administrativeand territorial device of Ukraine; it is proposed the creation of the central cooperative bank at support of the Agrarian chamber of the Ukraine, based on wide network of primary and regional credit cooperative structures. Degree of introduction: results of the thesis research are used in commercial banks of Cherkasy region. Efficiency: recommendations and proposals will promote the improvement of financial-credit provision of agrarian enterprises.
