Grazhevska N. Transformation of economic systems under globalization

The dissertation, based on a comprehensive and systemic study of transformation of economic systems under globalization, develops theoretical and methodological postulates, suggests systematic and practical recommendations as to an efficient reintegration of the national economy into present-day international economic environment. A new methodological approach is proposed to study essence and structure of economic systems. Main driving forces, mechanisms and vectors of the socio-economic transformations are analyzed together with specific features and types of transition economies. Regularities in deepening of integration processes are modeled along with a hypothesis proved about formation of three major attractors of structuring within the international economic environment: the IT, financial and economic, and social arrangements. A dialectic interrelation is revealed between self-organizing and organizing principles of development of the global economy. A theoretical model is substantiated and practical recommendations are made for an efficient reintegration of Ukraine into the world economic system.
