Essay

The dissertation is devoted to studying of the basic pathophysiological mechanisms of toxic nephropathy development depending on the contents of sodium in a food allowance of animals. Researches were carried out on 392 white not thoroughbred rats-males. Animals were contained on normosodic and hypersodic diets. For research of formation and development of toxic nephropathy was infused subcutaneously to animals mercury bichloride. Experiment lasted within hundred days. Functional parameters of kidneys activity were studied in conditions of water diuresis and salt loading. Received data have shown, it was established that transfer on a hypersodic diet provided favorable current of the chronic period of toxic nephropathy with reduction of a damage rate of nephrons. For the first time was determined, that in a basis of it lays essentially other type of adaptation of kidneys in regulation of water-salt metabolism. At a hypersodic diet unlike acute in which the filtrational way of regulation prevails, thereis a normalization of glomerular filtration with transition on a tubular level of regulation.
