Dissertational work is devoted to conservation and restoration of genesial health at women with tumorous formations of ovaries by working out the algorithm of diagnostics and improvement of tactics of conservative and surgical treatment on the basis of studying of a clinical current, features of microbiocenosis and a virus becoming infected, hormonal and immuno homeostasis, anatomo-morphological, immunologic, ultrastructural features of organs of targets. The results of the analysis received during research data testify to the presence of disturbances of system and local immunity in biological media at women of genesial age with tumorous formations of ovaries. It is shown, that clinical manifestation of unbalance systems of an apoptosis and neoangiogenesis activation were occurrence, development and advance of pathological formations of ovaries. Dependence of receptors' expression to estrogen and to progesterone in ovaries from their morphological features (degree of expression of hyperproliferative oratrophic changes) is established. The analysis of results of treatment of patients of genesial age with tumorous formations of ovaries including antiinflammatory, hormonal therapy and surgical correction is presented. The conception of pathogenetic mechanisms of development of tumorous formations of ovaries is generated and the role of hormonal unbalance, as one of dominating factors system uncoordination influences on immunologic processes in an organism is shown.
