Essay

In the dissertation it is complex research of theoretical and methodological aspects of social regulation of social development of society. The essence of state social function is determined grounding. It is investigated and structure of fiscal ensuring of state regulation of social activity (budget and tax systems and state non-budget special funds) in the aspect of their influence on social processes in Ukraine and conformity with needs of social policy of state in conditions of transformation of social relations. It is determined the preferable directions and worked out practical recommendations as to the increasing of effectiveness of system of social ensuring of realization of state social function in Ukraine.
