Essay

The Scientifically-applied problem consists in necessity of increase of efficiency of the control of parametres and quality of the analysis of the parametrical information by creation of theoretical bases of decision-making on diagnosing of complex dynamical objects of aviation technics. Object of research are processes of operative processing of the parametrical information, definition of a kind of a current technical condition for an estimation of the diagnosis and acceptance of the operational decision by the aviation personnel on complex dynamical objects of aviation technics in the conditions of their regular operation. A research objective is increase of efficiency and quality of the analysis of the parametrical information at the control and diagnosing of modern complex dynamical objects of aviation technics. The basic methods of research are the theory of engineering of knowledge, the decision-making theory, the theory of technical diagnostics of complex systems, the theory of operation of aviation technics, methods of the system analysis of parametres, planning of experiment, data processing, the discrete mathematics and the mathematical logic. Scientific value of results consists in a formulation and the decision of the new generalised problems of the control and diagnosing of modern complex dynamical objects of aviation technics by working out and realisation of methodological bases of their monitoring, a complex of new methods and models of profound diagnosing and applied information technology of processing, the analysis and display of the received data. Practical value of the received results consists that the received methods, models and applied information technology in aggregate are a scientific and methodical basis for working out of engineering techniques, algorithms, program and technical maintenance of automation of processes of diagnosing of complex dynamical objects of aviation technics, an operative estimation the aviation personnel of a current condition of aviation objects and acceptances of the proved operational decision. For the first time it is proved and developed: methodology of monitoring of a technical condition of complex objects of aviation technics; a complex control settlement method of diagnosing and support of acceptance of operational decisions; the combined functional and test method of recognition of a kind of a current technical condition of complex objects of aviation technics; a method of an operative estimation of the flight validity of aviation objects. It is improved: Method of support of acceptance of the operational decision; a method of a current estimation of a technical condition of constructive elements of complex objects of aviation technics; applied information technology of support of decision-making. Have received the further development: a method of structurization of data for Wednesday of system of support of decision-making; the method of synthesis is a lot of parameters analytical models of working processes of typical complex dynamical aviation objects. Introduction - branch. Further use of the results received in the dissertation is recommended by working out of the specialised automated systems of diagnosing and support of decision-making of complex dynamical objects, creation of procedures it is a lot of parameters an estimation of a current technical condition of aviation objects at profound levels of diagnosing for decision-making support at the decision the aviation personnel of practical problems of diagnostics in the conditions of regular operation of aviation technics.
