Essay

The work is devoted to solution of scientific problems – raising efficiency of treatment of infertile women included in the program of assisted reproductive technologies through development and introduction of pathogenetically substantiated differentiated system of medical preventive measures based on a complex study of mechanisms for violations of implantation of embryos obtained in vitro. Optimization of main factors of implantation allowed to increase the frequency of clinical pregnancies from 30,6 to 58%, the frequency of pregnancies that ended parturientions from 10 to 44%, to reduce the frequency of spontaneous abortions from 20 to 13%.
