Essay

The work highlights theoretical generalization and new solving of the scientific and practical problem in the formation of the system of providing efficient work ability for the armed forces flight personnel. For the first time the estimation of the flight personnel work ability by indices of heaviness, harmfulness and strain of the working process have been made. The peculiarities of health development in flight specialists have been established as well as specificity of psychophysiological body functions of the flight personnel depending on the age, flight hours, qualification, professional occupation. The experimental evidences on the synergetic dependence of physiological and pathological reactions of the hearing and vestibular receptors have been obtained. The indicators and determination rules for identification of the critical functional state of plane and helicopter pilots by indices of the vestibular apparatus have been developed. Recommendations have been elaborated for raising the efficiencyof work activity and work ability of the flight personnel by indices of the functional state of the vestibular analyzer.
