Essay

Objective of research: process of heat exchange and evaporation for the chemical industries. Purpose of research: development of scientific fundamentals of energy saving heat exchanging equipment creating for the chemical industries. Methods of research: the processing of experiment is performed by mathematical statistics. Modeling is executed in obedience to the theory of potential currents. Theoretical and practical results, novelty: the theory of screw motion of streams in canals of heat exchanging equipment with corrugated plates is developed; the using possibility of lamellar heat exchanging equipments in quality of heating chamber of evaporative machine is established; the mathematical model of heatmass exchanging process, that is taking in equipment of immersion burning with natural circulation is elaborated; the hydrodynamics and heat exchange under the condition of liquid film flowing along the vertically disposed conic heating elements are investigated; the fundamental principles and methodsof heat-mass exchanging normalization are elaborated. Level of approbation: a new construction of industrial heat exchanging and evaporating apparatus are created. Introductions are conducted in scientific and industry. Branch - chemical machine building.
