Dissertation is devoted development of theoretic and methodological complex of activity buildeducationally-engineering groups (BОING) as innova-tive educations, effectively heat-sink the resources of investor withscientific and technical and innovative potential of build Institutes of higher for the complex design of alternatives oforganization of projects of in-vestments of the social and commercial setting and further successful realization. In qualityBOING is positioned new type of partici-pant of build-investment sphere. In theory grounded operating-room technology oftheir activity and deci-sion on organizational structures BOING. The innovative mathematical vehicle of change of leadingparameters of organizational-technologic models of building is developed - duration of calculations and cost ofimplementation of building - depending on the results of estimation of composition of organizations-performers andsuppliers of material and tech-nical resources. Model "BOING-build-net" presented as a new theoretical base of rationalconcordance of contradictory technological, organizational and eco-nomic requirements is in the chosen alternative oforganization of building.
