Golovinov O. State sector of modern economy: theoretical aspect

Object of research: transformations processes what is going on in the state sector of modern economy of Ukraine. Purpose of re-search: development and ground of complex of theoretical, meth-odological and practical approaches to the location and role of state sector in the economic pattern of modern society, economic role of the state in a market environment by determination of mechanism of coexistence of plan and market subject to the condition concrete modern economy, increase of role of state sector in reduction of transaction expenses having a tendency to the increase, and strength-ening of role of state institutes of economic power. Methods of research: dialectical method; method of systems and historical ap-proach; abstractly-logical method; graphic method; formal logic; systems analysis. Results: the terms of democratization of relations of ownness, development of corporate and state-corporate patterns of ownership are certain; determination of basic tendencies of function-ing of models of state sector in the different socio-economic sys-tems; the state is certain as subject of entrepreneurial activity in the planned markets conditions of management; scales and structures of state sector of economy, and system of calculations of statistical performance indicators of state and unstated enterprises are certain; conception of construction, functioning and high-quality changes of state sector of modern economy of Ukraine is developed; factors making the modern mechanism of adjusting of the economy mixed in fact are certain; the theory of relations, forms and ownership foremost state rights is developed; the terms of origin of non-obvious economic transaction expenses are exposed in the planned-regulated economy; the economical and mathematical model of transaction expenses of market equilibrium and influencing is devel-oped on them state sector of economy; directions of creation of model of market of social orientation are certain; the objective and subjective terms of partnership of state and unstated institutes are exposed in providing of public progress, which directions of provid-ing of national safety of country are certain on the basis of. Novelty: First: conception of construction of state sector, his functioning and high-quality changes, is developed in the modern mixed economy; the terms of origin of non-obvious economic transaction expenses are certain in the planned-regulated economy; the economical and mathematical model of transaction expenses of market equilibrium and influencing is developed on them state sector of economy, coop-erate to their diminishing within the framework of all national econ-omy; basic directions of creation of model of market of social orien-tation are certain.
