Belinskay Y. Adjusting of exchange rate in Ukraine in the conditions of globalization

Purpose of research is development of theoretical -metodological bases and practical recommendations for improvement of adjusting exchange rate in the conditions of globalization for providing of the structurally balanced economy growing of Ukraine. Object of research is the currency relations which arise up in the process of adjusting exchange rate. Methods of research are general scientific methods, methods of scientific cognition, systems approach, dialectical method, conceptual analysis, method of scientific abstraction, math-statistical and so on. Novelty of research. First to do - it is proved, that adjusting exchange rate is f two-tier cyclic process; it is grounded of strategic orientation of currency policy on compensation of external shocks and stimulation of internal demand; factors, that stipulate the different dynamic of purchasing power and convertibility of national currency are definite. Improved - definition of "adjusting of exchange rate"; interpretation of link between the macro- and microfactors of exchange rate; approach to adjusting of exchange rate; determination of limitations of the possible size of exchange rate changes; еstimation of efficiency exchange rate as a state instrument. Getting further development - classification of rate-formative and rate-providing instruments of adjusting exchange rate; the role of NBU in adjusting of rate exchange; directions of perfection instruments adjusting NBU of exchange rate.
