Lisovyy A. State adjusting of development of rural territories: theory, methodology, practice.

Researches object process of the state adjusting of development of rural territories and factors which determine his constancy. Research purpose: forming of theoretical principles and methodical tool of the state adjusting of development of rural territories, grounded conception of their steady development. Methods: an analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, is dialectical and abstractly logical, historical abstractly logical, economic-statistical, comparative, calculation-analytical. Theoretical and practical results: scientific positions and practical developments are formulated allow perfecting the state adjusting of rural territories development. Scientific novelty: first: grounded use of integral index of development of rural territories (that includes three basic constituents: economic potential, level of development of social sphere and ecological safety) for determination of depressed of rural districts and the mechanism of division of facilities of the state budget, which are selected on their financial smoothing, is offered, that grounded on the use of integral estimations of rural territories development of every depressed district; it is improved: determination of categories is "rural territories" and "steady development of rural territories"; obtained subsequent development: theoretical approaches are to the location and role of the state adjusting in development of rural territories, optimization of volumes of state support of agro production and social sphere of village, determination of directions and forms of its realization. Degree of introduction: the results of dissertation are inculcated in the economies of the Ivano-Francivsk and Khmel'nitsk areas and Ukraine. Efficiency: will be instrumental in the improvement of the state adjusting of development of rural territories. Sphere, industry of the use: agroindustrial production of Ukraine.
