Bilookiy V. Clinico-experimental substantiation of algorythm diagnostic and surgical treatment of bile peritonitis

Object - bilious peritonitis; methods – clinical, physiological, biochemical, immunity-ferment; novelty the new adequate is developed to the clinical prototype model of bilious peritonitis, that allows to promote probability and informing of researches in the conditions of experiment; it is first rotined that at IIIA subindemnification to the function of liver and buds comes the degree of weight of bilious peritonitis with the phenomena to the isosmotic of hepatocyte and proximal tubulis; it is first set that the first and second degrees of weight of bilious peritonitis are characterized by growth of concentration of proinflammatory cytokines; the method of санации of abdominal region is offered at bilious peritonitis and the estimation of his efficiency is developed; first biochemically and large efficiency of high biliary anastomoses is immunologically grounded in relation to low at to the first and second degrees of weight of flow of bilious peritonitis; new methods are developed and the algorithm of conservative and surgical treatment of bilious peritonitis is offered on the stages; results – the results of treatment of patients bilious peritonitis are improved by development of the nosotropic grounded conception of diagnostics and algorithms of surgical treatment depending on the degree of weight of flow of disease; branch – medicine.
