Object: processes of formation of social and economic moti-vation of innovative activity ecologisation. The purpose: de-velopment of theoretic-methodological bases to formation of social and economic motivation of innovative activity ecologi-sation. Research methods and instruments: the dialectic method, fundamental positions of the economic theory, envi-ronmental economics and environmental protection, modern concepts of innovatics. Novelty: theoretic-methodological bases of the administrative motivation of economic entity to innova-tive activity ecologisation that is based on the estimation of social, ecological and economic efficiency of motivation which is based on forecasting of the market reaction and subjects of innovative process on motivational influence are developed.
