Svystunov I. Psoriasis and lichen planus: the clinical-morphological types and a pathogenetic substantiation of therapy

The dissertation is devoted to a problem of development pathogenetically proved therapy of chronic relapsing papular dermatoses. The most informative and diagnostically important parameters of clinical, laboratory and morphological researches are determined at the patients with a psoriasis and lichen planus. The algorithm of papular-plaque psoriasis and the typical form of are created. Their clinical-morphological types are allocated. The arithmetic-mean differential-diagnostic parameters characteristic for each type are produced. The generality of reciprocal inflammatory reaction of a skin is revealed at a psoriasis and lichen planus. The pathogenetic therapy for each clinical-morphological type of dermatosis with the application of anti-inflammatory and immunocorrective preparations, and also a preparation for basic therapy - Sulfasalazinum are developed and proved. The efficiency of the developed schemes of complex treatment of patients with a psoriasis and lichen planus is analysed and their use in conditions of dermatovenerologic clinics of Ukraine is offered.
