A research object is processes management development of municipal formations which are examined as specific multyprofile socio-economic corporations. A research purpose is a ground of theoretic-methodological principles of introduction of corporate relations in local self-government and development of conceptual models of their realization in the processes of management development of municipal formations. Research methods are scientific and special methods, namely: dialectical, system, historical methods, methods economic, comparative, functional and structurally logical analysis, methods of economic-mathematical and structurally-logical design. The practical value of the gained results can be used as the theoretic -applied foundation of forming and development of corporate sector of economy of municipal formations, social capital of territorial society, introduction of municipal corporate relations, development of strategies of their implementation in the municipal control and new principles of corporate culture of the noted relations, corporate infrastructure of municipal formations, conducting of evaluation of degree of development of municipal corporate relations and their influence on the competitiveness of a municipal formations. The scientific novelty is: in the first time a complex of theoretic -methodological positions and recommendations which are the integral conception of introduction of corporate relations in a management development of municipal formations is formed and ground directions of forming and development of corporate sector of economy of municipal formations are grounded, proper organizational forms, conceptual models and mechanisms are offered; the leading role of social capital of territorial society for realization of municipal corporate relations and establishment of social partnership is exposed; it is shown that the use of potential of social capital on the basis of new principles of organizational culture of municipal corporate relations, of territorial commonly stipulate forming in municipal formations of cells of civil society; the strategic context of activity of introduction of corporate relations in municipal educations is exposed; the new role of social subsystem of municipal management is grounded as an integral object of municipal economy on corporate principles.
