Essay

Dissertation is devoted to the decision of the scientific problem of improving the methods of diagnostics and treatment of patients with psoriatic arthropathy in view of a degree of severity. Metabolic feature of osseous and cartilaginous tissue in psoriatic arthropathy is caused by collagen destruction, disbalance in an exchange of sulphated glycosaminoglycans and disturbances in remodeling of osseous tissue. Introduction of a wide spectrum of methods of radiodiagnostics promotes revealing the prerontgenologic changes in joints at psoriasis. The complex method of treatment of patients with psoriatic arthropathy according to a leading link of pathogenesis with use of basic medicines of anti-inflammatory action, and the drugs improving the osseous metabolism and condition of cartilaginous tissue was developed.
